Please make sure the USB connection type on the device is set to Charge only?

How do we do this, 'Please make sure the USB connection type on the device is set to Charge only'?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S6102 and I don't see a setting that allows me to do this.

I get this message when I try to view my game on GS Viewer and I get a message saying :

Could not push game to device
Please make sure the USB connection type on the device is set to Charge only
