Game Glitch...? Someone help..

Whenever I play my game and an object hits me I have to start over. I set it up that way but after I die once or twice the game goes by itself and it replays the same movements over and over and resarts over and over. Has this happened to anyone? Can anyone help? I would really appreciate it.

    The thing is, the game works perfectly fine when i use my keys to play it, but yesterday I learned how to trigger an actor using another actor so I made left and right click buttons, and whenever i use them and play the game once or twice it just restarts playing on its own and doing the same thing over and over, and if I click the screen while its happening everything just stops. What should i do to fix that? Thanks
