Game not in app store yet

My game Achinko XL was approved officially yesterday and is "Ready For Sale". In the e-mail apple said it should show up in the store within 24 hours.
My application was submitted in time for the second deadline, but not the initial deadline. I am aware that they stated they cannot for sure say it will make the launch, but that doesn't mean that its impossible.
So far, it is not in the app store yet like everyone else. I understand they had the deadline but if my application is sitting completely approved and ready to go 2 days before launch, anyone think it will show up?
Obviously no one can know for sure, but what do you guys think? Has anyone else who submitted later than the initial date had their app show up yet?
