Some practical questions about IAP.

Does Apple let me use IAP for everything or are there any restriction. I was wondering about some cases like:
- I have a free app and I put and IAP buttons with voluntray donations 0.99$, 1,99$ if someone like the game.
- I have a free app and IAP button removes the ads. Is it ok with Apple to enable removing iAds?
- I have a free (demo) app and if you want to unlock the game to full version you use IAP button.
