Stretched images on iPod Touch 4G

Hey guys. I am trying to run the gamesalad viewer on myipod and on the iphone simulator but it always ends up making the pictures look stretched and offset. I am running the newest version of gamesalad (.1). I would really like to get this working as I really need to test my game out. Thanks.
