Hanging swing demo

Firemaple Games posted a great demo for hanging swing a while back. Unfortunately I can't work out how it is done. It shows how one object is nailed to another and swings until it settles to a stop. Does anyone know how it was accomplished or if there is a gamesalad file to look at somewhere out there. So far I have been unable to find anything.
