Paid for membership as a pro all I get is thanks you've paid... wait a few days?

This should be instant. Like automated instant. Currently its like a wishing well.

Posted in the Pro Forums, but denied. Why?

When do my features activate? When does my forum status change?

Really?

C'mon, sort this basic customer service stuff out please Gamesalad. You are awesome, please be mega-awesome! Prompt and proactive! And to the point and to p p p this up a (P)leasure to deal with.

your features should activate pretty quick, if it's not immediate it should be during the next business day in texas if they have to flip the switch manually, which should be starting about 2 hours from now.

the pro forums is a manual switch currently, so that has to wait, and you need to post in the Introducing Pro Forums, read the first post for instructions.

if you don't have pro features enabled in the creator (log out and back in to check) within 1 business day, then send a message to support to PM @saladstraightshooter

Oh you let him off easy @SSS! You forgot to mention the peer review process, the $20 handling fee and the $10 Pro Badge activation fee. :)

@jonmulcahy @SaladStraightShooter thanks for the update, I was just not really noticing much changes and it had a been a couple of days.

Normally a member of the robot apocalypse does this far faster than humans ;) so I was wondering if everything was ok. Thanks for the human touch.

So the pro features activated in my creator automatically? I think they did as the behaviours are there for gamecenter etc.

I am getting up to speed with things bit by by bit so sorry for seeming a bit noobish but I think that this process should be a lot smoother for users. It's a minor niggle and I am loving using the software and having the support of the community.

@RP haha, are you a coin? A casino chip?
