Provisioning, Distrubiotio, App ID.s

Hi!

I must be one of the most stupid guys on earth but I cant manage to upload more apps?
Ive managed somehow to upload one app but now I cant upload..
Can someone try to write me a "Step-by-step" how to upload? Ive tried to read the "How-to" but it doesent work..

I have my developer and distribution certificate installed and running.
If I create a new app I have to install a new certificate?
Ive created 6-7 app ID:s but I cant make it work..
Provisioning Profile is created and the Bundle ID I have there is the same in GS-Publish and iTunes-connect..

Lets start with a "Step by Step" for Dummies and then I can try to ask for more help since I dont even know what to ask.. Incredible that Ive managed to upload my last app..

I get this error: "Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, contains disallowed entitlements, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate."
