Do we need to update to 0.10.1 to have our apps play on iphone 5?

Hi,

I was wondering if we need to update all our apps to 0.10.1 to have our apps play on iphone 5. Basically I am wondering if all the apps we created with previous versions of gamesalad be playable right now on the iphone 5 in the letterboxed mode without this new update.

Based on what the release notes state no current gamesalad game is playable with a iphone 5 yet? Is that correct? Since the iphone 5 has the os6 on the device.

iOS 6 support - With iOS 6, Apple made many under-the-hood changes to basic functionality. We've incorporated these changes to enable GameSalad games to run on iOS 6 devices

I think its not that bad.. all of our previously published games will run for iOS6 no problem.. what GS is saying is that all newly compiled games need to be compiled with the new stuff in order to run using the new resolution and other under-the-hood stuff.

The way i read it is that 1. you have to upgrade your xcode to 4.5.x and update to GS 0.10.1 in order to compile new games that use the new iPhone 5 resolution.

I think it runs, but may not be running to the fullest of its potential/capability. I've heard it is slower and stretches out the game due to the differing resolution.
