which setting - legacy or ??

Hi,
I'm not understanding the difference between "iPhone Portrait" and "Legacy iphone portrait."
Which one do I use and what is the difference? Thanks!!

    iphone portrait is the size of the new iphone5 screen, and legacy iphone portrait is the size of the 4s screen
