I'm pretty sure DBA has asked not to give it out to people. So I don't think it would be proper for someone to do that.

The icon creator from dba is in the Mac AppStore. Someone who bought it from dba sells it there but it costs about 20.00$ i think. not shire. but sorry i don't know the link or the name from that. search around the forums. i think someone posted the mac App Store link here about two months ago. good luck
