About over scanning and screen sizes

ok so all i need to know is before i start my new project i just want game to work on iphone4 , 4s, and iphone 5 all to fit to screen which menu do i choose for this? legacy iphone landscape or just iphone landscape? what does legacy mean?

    @uptimistik ok just watched your video it helped me out a lil so when i use iphone landscape then preview with the ios viewer on my iphone 4s it crops out part of my actors i dont want this so...

    when i start my project in iphone legacy landscape after i publish it will it fit to full screen on iphone 5 automatically?
