Template how to use?

Hi, I bought the "Siege Hero style template-Siege Champ".

I am very concerned, when it comes to copyright infringement. The template and actual game are almost identical. I bought the template for the art and gameplay. What do I do to fix this problem? Do I change the coloring of the art? ?do I delete all the art? If you dont know,but you know a document on this issue, could you post a link.
If someone could help, I would rally appreciate it.
