How to Accelerate Straight

I am working on my new app, but I have come across an unforeseen problem, how do I get the actor to turn after accelerating a straight away.
When I am turning after a straight away I want it to turn as if the actor is drifting

However once I go for the turn after the straight away the actor continues the path of the straight away. How can I get it to turn like the car in the photo after the straight away?

Hi, it's not clear the method you're using for steering the car, including method of rotating, so the following suggestion might not be applicable. Then again, it might....
In the diagram below, you've presumably got your car graphic in the actor, as shown in 1 (all dotted lines indicate centre points).
The suggestion is you make your actor bigger than the car image (with added transparency), twice as long, in fact, and place the car on the left side. So now the car will move from the front (see 2).
A further refinement would be better simulation of front-wheel drive, achieved by moving the front tyres half way across the centre point of the actor (see 3).
If method 2 or 3 is used, you'll have problems with collision at the front (and the back as well on 3) so you could make a transparent actor that sits at the front of the car, its x and y position constrained to those of the car with a few adjustments, etc.
