Quick Question... can we use the images from the templates?

Quick question- can we use the images from the GS template? I love the explosion animation from the shooter template and I was just wondering if I could use it for my game. Thanks!

Personally I wouldn't feel right using somebodys artwork but plenty of others have already used those explosions. Where they got them originally I have no clue
