Looking to Purchase Game Apps to Re-skin
We are looking for fun apps that will appeal to our tween audience that we can re-skin with our company branding. Simple games are fine.

What platforms will the game be available on? Will distributors be reselling? Are you looking at a work-for-hire contract, or will the developer retain ownership and be sub-licensing their product to you? If the second, who is responsible for upkeep? Will the developer be on a retainer to keep the apps up to date and working on all supported platforms?
Etc., etc. Details are helpful.
It's clear that games would be part of the merchandise/marketing of their Radz product line (starting with their candy and toy dispenser). Thus, eliminating any association to your game's art, theming, story, YOU etc.
Typically in these setups, you are giving them full rights, retaining nothing other than what was agreed upon at the point of sale.
Not a way to go if you are an independant and/or trying to make a name for yourself, however this is good for those whom can pump out workable games to make quick small profits.

If you are looking for original games, this is the place for that discussion, but you will need to crack open that can of details or at least be a little more verbose. You did step into this community as a member and you will get far more responces if other memebers don't have to hunt you down for details.
