interface issue

Hi everyone!I am new in game salad and I installed the gscreator recently.Unfortunately I cant see in the interface the browser(behaviours, functions&Attributes) and also from the library i cant see the -upload game- & - sign up- tabs.
Could anyone help me? I have windows7.
