Actor aligment / preview screen

I'm working gamesalad creator 0.10.00 either on Windows XP or Windows 7 and I'm facing a problem with the alignment of my actors. When I drag and drop them in the main scene they don't appear at the correct position, to see my actor I always have to change the axis (X) numbers to get a correct alignment...

Also another problem is when I try the preview screen, I get a blank screen... The actors are not visible !

Can anyone help me ?

System characteristics running Windows XP:
Processor : Dual-Core E5200 2.50GHz
Memory : 2GB of RAM
Graphics: Intel G41 Express Chipset (onboard)

System characteristics running Windows 7
Processor : Pentium 4 3.20GHz
Memory: 3GB of RAM
Graphics: Radeon X300 128MByte of memory (PCI)

Regarding your first problem- If blank actors aren't staying at where they're at, and if you're not mistaken, theres something seriously wrong. Try deleting and reinstalling GameSalad again; you'd be surprised at how many things can get fixed when you do that.

And about the blank screen; it happens to me sometimes, too. Hit the reload button, and it should work.

If this is not working for you, even after you have tried deleting and reinstalling GameSalad, try doing it on another computer.
