If you check out the GS roadmap, monetization options are planned for the Windows Creator: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/49823/updated-roadmap/p1

It's not clear if those options will included the advertising options you mention. @SaladStraightShooter might be able to offer some clarification.
