Very quick Yes or No Question: Do you need GameSalad Pro to TEST on Kindle Fire HD?

I would like to TEST (not sell) on my Kindle Fire HD? Is this possible with GameSalad Basic?

Also, I don't see an option for Kindle Fire HD in the device select dropbox; I only see the normal Kindle Fire. I assume I should change the screen size in Scene attributes?

    Yes, that's what I thought. But when I tried it, it just said "Downloading Game" with an empty progress bar that never fills up. Like it literally doesen't fill up a single pixel.

    However, GameSalad Creator does recognize the Kindle as "test on android".

    I heard it's better to use a Micro-USB cable, and I've tried that, but I have no way of knowing whether it's trying to do this over WIFI or the cable.

    I don't see why it's having trouble, as even my old iPhone 3GS can handle the Viewer over WIFI just fine.

    Very confused :-S

    File a bug report. Could just be an issue with the android viewer.
