How to make HTML5 Games' window size bigger?

Usually all GameSalad HTML5 games are all the same small size with a GameSalad branding/border.

How to make it like this?

    But then how did Tshirtbooth's Zombie Drop get a huge screen?

    If I submit to the chrome web store, do they enlarge it?
