Tables are Troubling. Please help

Hey guys, I watched some table tutorials, but I still dont understand how to write code to make tables work. Can anyone give me a quick crash course. For example, if I want a random list of words to appear, do I have to put all the words in the table or do I some how input something to make it random? Any advice on tables (probably for dummies:)) would be great. Thank you.

    Hey thanks for the vid and I watched it a fews and I copied the code exactly, but whenever touch is pressed, my actor shows a blank row, and then when its touched again one of the color choices appears. Is it possible that its different on the windows version, because the tutorials dont seem to be working even when I follow the steps exactly. Thanks.
