How Do I See Frames Per Second?

I see a lot of people in the forums talking about how their game is running in terms of "frames per second," but I can't figure out how to find that number for my game. Where do you see it?

You need to open the game in GS Viewer.

So, I've looked in GS Creator and on the forums and the site and can't find it. Where do I get the GS Viewer?
