GameSalad Viewer
I downloaded the Java update and the Android SDK. I installed the Gamesalad Viewer apk app on my HTC flyer tablet. I open up the app and it connects to wifi but doesn't find gamesalad. I have it connected to the computer via USB and it just says it's listening on USB. I keep finding instructions referring to going to preferences in Gamesalad and messing with some details but the only thing you can do is turn auto-updates on/off. I've spent 2 hours trying to get a template game working with my device with no success. I don't have pro. GameSalad 0.10.0.

I have the exact same problem! Except mine was about using it on the Kindle Fire HD. I was told by @tenrdrmer that it was a bug, and to file it as a bug report. Here's my thread, if you want to see: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/51836
