News Site Autoposting

Hey,

I know many of you are fans of posting news of your app on places like facebook, digg, twitter and the hundreds of others that there are.
I don't have accounts on these sites simply because I don't like going round all of these sites and posting the news every single time. Does anyone know of a program or app that can automatically take my post and post it on all these social and news sites with 1 click?

I just downloaded ping on my iPhone, not sure if it's the same thing. Does anyone have it?

The ping app is a IM program which has nothing to do with ping.fm
