Limit Drag to Zone

I`m testing one actor with movement based on draged by mouse position.
What could be the best way to constrain the movement on determinate zone?
If mouseposition > 230 Then undrag actor?

Its work, but i want to stop the mouse too, not only the actor.

What do you mean you want to stop the mouse? You want the cursor to stop? That's not going to happen.
