Thanks guys!. Yes I want to look for a publisher to get more marketing and awareness to my game. Some people in the buisness say that is very necessary. If anyone knows a better or cheaper way, please let me know.
They typically get a large percentage (or full rights, if you sell it to them), as they cover the marketing aspects for selling the game, reworking and localization.
"Very necessary" it really depends on the type and quality of the game. If it is top notch, sure, but in that case, you should look into marketing firms specializing in mobile apps.
Have you finished building the game? In this engine? There is the matter that the working build may interest them, however a publisher or publisher/studio may want to build it from the ground up in a different engine.

At first I thought you were looking for good ganja but now I know it's a referal.
I believe anyone can reefer but depending on what state/country you live in you may have potential legal problems. I know Colorado and Washington have recently legalized reefer. Good Luck!
