Can you be kicked out of the iOS Developer Account for jailbreaking a non-developer device?

I haven't jailbroken anything yet and don't plan to but I have always been curious about this. I know that you will be kicked out if you develop jailbreak tweaks or apps with a iOS Developer Account but what about just jailbreaking your device and not developing jailbreak apps? Would you be kicked out for this too? I just need a yes or no, not a whole long story of why you should or should not jailbreak. I know the risks and reasons and I just want to know. Thanks!

Also sorry if I am breaking any rules by asking this. If I am then I was unaware of that rule and I am sorry.

I've known people who have jailbroken their device because it allows you to test your App Store build (technically they were using a pirate thing to test their own work). They did this just for the purpose of being thorough.

To be sure, id do some web searches and read the terms and conditions.

@hotMagic I have done some research and haven't found anything against the device part but I have found some articles about making jailbreak apps, as stated above. I might or might not do it to an old iPod but I am scared of Apple. They do have ways. :-S

Apple is not taking action on developers/users with Jail broken devices.

After the fiasco in 2010, via the DMCA, jailbreaking is legal in the US, BUT it will void your warranty with Apple, nor will they extend support for these devices. Big frowny frown from Apple. If warranty is up,

If discovered your device could get locked out. If the jail break goes awry it could brick the device.

The other issue is stability (the Apple governed functionality is within safe and approved functionality) which means real-world testing is out the window.
