Are you using GameSalad Creator on a Mac or Windows? If Windows, what version of Windows are you running?

Have you changed any rules in that file? Or did you just open it and press Preview?

Can you post a screenshot of the problem? Upload the image to a file sharing service and then post it using the code here:

My guess is that that template is a Mac file. Try following the video here and see if it makes a difference: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/51560/from-gamesald-creator-for-mac-to-windows-question

Sorry, I didn't see your comment about Windows XP until just now. The system requirements state that GameSalad Creator runs on Windows Vista/7/8 (see http://gamesalad.com/download?platform=windows).

I'm honestly surprised that pressing play even works in XP.
