Displaying iPhone numeric keypad instead of qwerty

Hello everyone,
I've searched the forums and checked out the tutorials, but I can't seem to find any technique to display the iPhone's numeric keypad instead of the default qwerty one. The only functionality I need is number input with table cross-reference (i.e., correct Vs incorrect answer).
Since the numeric keypad is the only one my game will require, I'm hoping for some sort of way to set it as default. Maybe in game attributes?
As you can probably tell, I'm new to GS and still getting a feel for it. This problem has me stumped, and I greatly appreciate any help or advise.
Note: I've thought about imbedding a custom numeric input element, but calling on the iPhone's built-in keypad would be simpler, right?
