Order of behaviors

I`m two days fighting with the order of my behaviors...
If i make my reset button order back to actor that show "wins" wont works, if i move first on separate layer, works, and actor wins, but actor next dont work... if i move back reset button work fine but then don't work if u try to reset scene on middle of the game...
I have to make anything with that, alot of actor change their status if game reset is true or game reset is loss... what rules uses you?
Attrib for game is better or attrib for scene is more recommended?

Fucking lol, why i can save an attribute "if > 1500"?? all times saved as 1,5!!!
