GS for PC 0.10.0 crashing

I would like to throw my hat in on the Crashing complaint. I am not a programmer but a decent operator of my computer. Is there anything that I should look for (activities and such at the computer level) which may assist the GS crew with diagnosing what is causing the crash?

I am working on a relatively high actor count game. Noticeably GS gets slower as more actors are added. I have had to create many immobile actors as bumpers and guards for pathways the user must navigate. as a result, GS has slowed considerably. It has come to a point that when I open the project, it then freezes.. then crashes. I have had Task manager On during the crashes, GS grabs up about 770Mb of RAM (I have 16Gb at the ready) and I usually have only VLC player (music) and sometimes Chrome running while I am working. My computer is built for Multi-Media and is quite strong.

The best thing to do is when you notice things getting slow, do a save and quit and restart GS.

@sparkania Yep, I agree with @FryingBaconStudios as that's what I do. And that works well for me, even though I only have 4 GB RAM :p

I would suggest removing and reinstalling GameSalad Creator, as this sounds like a problem with the Creator itself.

BTW, keep using Save As and make more versions when you can, as continuos deleting on the exact same project file will make your game run considerably slower, and way more crashier.

    Hope this helps

Tried the restart thing as I am used to this from other media software I use, sometimes the the programs own buffer gets full (mostly from undo) but now it has gotten to the point where I open GS, and the second I touch something.. freeze.. then crash..
