Can I create a game like Football Manager?

Is it possible to create a game like Football Manager using Gamesalad?
For those of you who are not familiar with this game, it's basically a text-based soccer simulator - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Football_Manager#Football_Manager_2013

    I don't know the game, but I don't see why not. You can use tables to keep track of data, so any kind of text-based simulator should be possible as long as you don't need network/multi-player support.

    You could probably build it but it will take a lot of effort and many many variables. To actually create a realistic experience you will need a lot of background code. Also remember you won't be able to use team logos without licensing from the league. So in the end you can probably make it but it may not come out as good as that
