Successes?

Wow, I just found GameSalad today. I'm a cartoon flash designer and I've been looking for a game developer to work with, but it looks like I might be able to do it all myself now, and I'm very excited about that, well I say all by myself, there are a few other artists I will be creating this game with.

Has anyone made a game that has made them a good profit?

There are many developers here who make their living off their games. It's hard work though, and you won't be a millionaire overnight. GameSalad is great, though. Give it a shot!

Our first game will be a platformer, something to ease us in but we'll get more adventurous as we go. Hopefully our artwork and concepts will make our initial simpler games still look eye catching
