Spreadsheet Help

Okay so I have an xls spreadsheet I was sent, it seems to be formated in text as I right clicked each colum and selected text. Each row has a small five word sentence. I converted it to a csv and imported and comes in great as text attributes but I can't get the text to display in a display text. When I create my own table inside GS and put in text, it works fine. I suspect the xls isn't set right some how and I don't use excell much and tips would be greatly helpful.

Hate excel - try open office, it's free. Maybe it will work better in that.

@Singlesparq yep you were right it worked. Damn Microsoft does really suck.
