How can I move a project from mac to windows?

I started a project last year on my school's mac computers and now I want to finish it on my own PC. I downloaded gamesalad on my laptop and tried to open the .gameproj folder I had and it said the directory does not exist!

Oh I see what I did wrong. I was trying to open the .gameproj like I did on mac and I was supposed to open the .gsproj inside that folder. Thanks man.
