Nook Letterbox or Overscan?

Hi, I'm sure I read before that you can't get your letterboxed apps accepted on the Nook store. Is this true and still the case?

I'm hoping to publish for Nook, but the overscanned version loses important UI elements.

Nook was an after thought but will keep in mind from now on.
