How do you publish to mac?

Hello I am publishing to all platforms and I recently just got a mac developers account. I wanted to ask if there was a tutorial on how to set your computer for mac developers. Or is it the same as the iOS tutorial that T-shirtbooth made?BEcause I am have trouble making provisioning profiles and certificates. Thanks guys.
