Keyboard Text entry. Please Help?

I am creating a baby guessing app in which I have 10 questions. I would like the participants to input their own answers to the questions and submit them before the baby is born (e.g date, gender of baby, eye color etc)
Once all the questions are submitted I will like them to be directed to a page to submit answers after the baby is born. These pages will show the answers previously submitted (Which they cannot change).
It will then allow them to input new answers to show how correct they are.
How would I go about doing this? I have watched all the tutorials on keyboard entry, but whenever I submit more than one scene Gamesald Crashes.
I would then like a button to submit the score to facebook. Is that possible yet?
