You've got a load of unneeded HTML code prior to the image code.
If your game is any kind of 'follow the colours' type game, you know the type of thing where a certain sequence is shown and the player has to repeat it - if your game is anything like that then I'd consider changing the game's name as 'Simon' is a trademark of Hasbro, they even have 'Simon' branded games on iTunes. Even if your game is nothing like 'Simon' I'd still be tempted to go for another title as with the look of your game (the 4 primary coloured squares) you might find yourself the target of a cease and desist order (or worse). Big corporations have whole legal departments that robustly protect their intellectual property.

I only know Simon/Hasbro because it is so famous.
