Is Cannon physics template iPad, iPhone compatible? How to set a constant actor speed?

Two quick questions:
1. Is the Cannon Physics template compatible with iPad or iPhone?
2. How can you set the speed of an actor to a constant speed?
Hope these questions are not too basic...
