going pro with gamesalad pay 6 month later?

i once saw something on paypal where if i purchase pro version of gamesalad i can pay 6 months later does anyone know how to do this?

That's between you and PayPal. Nothing to do with us. It's using pay pals bill me later options, basically signing you up for a credit card.
