Bugged preview?

Hello, we're new to Game Salad, and the first problem we've encountered is related to the preview button. The preview starts, but it seems bugged and messy, it doesn't display the game correctly. Even the template games appear bugged and can't be tested, since all the actors appear at different places, backgrounds don't even show, etc. Are we the only ones having this problem?

You might need to be a little more specific if you want people to help you out . . . maybe provide a screenshot of the issue ?

Oh, sorry. I took some screenshots. (Please excuse my poor English).

This is how the template looks in Game Salad, I guess also how it's supposed to look in game.

And this is what happens when I try to preview it.

Everything appears at the wrong place, and the background picture simply disappears. The same happens with every other template or any new game I try to make.

Wow, that looks super screwed up !

If that is happening with all your projects, even templates, then I think it's time to reinstall GameSalad !

Make sure your camera size is the same as your screen size but if it is happening to other templates I too recommened you to reinstall.

We've actually reinstalled it twice. We've even tried it in two different computers (both use Windows 7, which is one of the recommended Windows in the official manual), but neither of them worked. It's very odd, we're lost as to what to do.

Well i am not a computer guy so this is just my guess, and I hardly use my windows so properly wrong but offering help.

When I installed it told me to download some other file or program, maybe that has something to do with it if you skipped that.

Again camera size could need to be adjusted which I doubt.

But I can't seem to think of anything so maybe contact support.
