How small can my buttons be on the Nook?

If you had a bunch of buttons next to each other on a game for a Nook/Kindle size tablet, how small (in pixels) can the buttons be before they are too small to accurately touch? I can't test on a device because I'm not pro yet.

    I never see a kindle, becaus here in brazil we dont have this one, but in iphone, i do any tests, and i try squares bigger and smaller then 12px by 12px, and the minimum I advise in 12px by 12px.
