Sometimes 1 cup of coffee a day.

No energy drinks for me. They will kill you 10x faster than smoking.

Coffee is an issue for me, I stopped smoking about 4 years ago (apart from the occasional drunken one) and Coffee has been the go to replacement by way of giving me something to do instead of smoking. A habit for a habit

I used to coffee it up, not so much anymore. Energy Drinks? I stear clear of those, not healthy. A good workout and exercise will give you lots of natural energy. I love watching kids slam down energy drinks (as though they need them), but hey, I used to drink a couple Jolt colas back in my day...so I'm just as guilty >:)

Way to quit smoking, Capitalcarnage. I stay right away from energy drinks but in the morning I will have 1 to 2 small cups of coffee. In the afternoon I tend to drink pots of herbal teas, particularly blueberry. I try to avoid caffeine after lunch.

On the subject of smoking: I gave up smoking almost 9 months ago, although since then have been "vaping" i.e using electronic cigarettes. I've been cutting the amount of nicotine, and next couple of weeks will buy 0mg eliquid...so eventually I won't even be bothered about vaping... Really pleased as, apart from a 5 year period of not smoking at all at one stage, I was smoking non-stop since the age of 15...

I drink tea, at least 12 cups of it a day, and have done for many years.... I hate coffee (well, dislike intensely the taste, although like the smell of it).

I'll probably have a fizzy drink every 3 or 4 months.... random really, if an occasion arises; I don't go out of my way to buy the stuff; never bought an energy drink.

Interesting comment, SZ... was that a joke or serious?

Oh man, I had my last fill of Jäger in college. The TKE house (unofficial since they were kicked off campus at the time) had one of those Jäger kegs. You know that one that has 3 bottles of Jäger standng neck up? We played quarters all night and must have polished that thing off. The next morning I wanted to die. Like those victims in Aliens,"please...kiiiill meeee!". Never touched it again. Love the smell of it though. If it gets anywhere near my lips, I feel something ramming my ribcage.

I used to be a HUGE RedBull investor. When they first came out, I would drink about 3 before work. In college I switched to Mountain Dew, then back to the Bull when i landed my first gig. (it was free in the break room :) )

Now I'm healthy, so I have coffee, no sugar, and soy (about 3 cups in the am, then one decaf at 4pm with something sweet)

Haha, that's a heck of a testimonial right there for those products. But I agree, they're not healthy. "Red Bull Gives You Wings. And Sometimes Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome."

What a stupid question so early in the morning...

Sorry I didn't have my first coffee yet. I am a serious coffee addict. I switched form brewer to instant. That way it is a little more work to make a cup what helps bringing down the quantity.
I also am quitting smoking. I haven't been smoking for about 2 months except for a few when I am in the pub (we have some pubs where they still allow it although they can get a fine). I am at the point where I hate the smell of sigarettes. Wheeeeee!

    Brits ;).

I must go through 15 cups of tea a day, thinking of having an IV put in to save time.

Man, I really can let go of 4pm coffee time. It's not even about the caffeine for me. It's more of a ritual and warmth of hot coffee and a cliff bar. mmmmm
