GS Features Debate

I would just like to throw in a word or two about the seemingly countless 'GameSalad should have...." posts and humbly make a suggestion to the GameSalad team.
I think that GameSalad is a great tool box for creating fun and interesting games, regardless of the level of complexity. but of course nobody will ever be totally satisfied with it's capabilities. Nor should they be. I actually fear that in the future, GameSalad will be so feature-rich that it's base UI will no longer be Free.. If I were GS, I know I wouldn't let it out for free either if it could do nearly Everything.
Right now, I don't CARE about exporting in HTML 5
but others Do.
I don't CARE about Ad integration
but others do.
I don't CARE about compatibility with certain other products
but others do.
I want to Export games to Android
but others DON'T
I want to export games to playable ".exe"
but others don't
and on.. and on..
So here is my suggestion. (and maybe you are already doing this in the lab)
Instead of trying to add sooo many features, Just concentrate on the Creation capabilities inside GS like Polygon, Collide to Alpha, and other internal functions and behaviors specific to the Creation of the games themselves so the developers can Make what they have imagined.
Then focus on the other user desired Export or Integration features as "Plug-in's", !!!Purchased!!! individually by those users who would benefit from their use. Made available when GS has completed them, instead of when they are ALL completed. Then the user can Tune and Export their creation how they want.
Example, I would love to see a simple app that the user could have on their device and then just copy their current project folder to that device and open the .gsproj and test their game on that device.. and I would be willing to pay 10-20 bucks for something like that.. Without having to Go Pro..
I'm sure that many would like HTML-5 exporting, and would be willing to pay 10-20 bucks for that capability.
Some want a Twitter function.. ok.. 10 bucks..
etc.. etc..
If all were to get what they want in 1 package, it will take YEARS for that all to come together.. and it would no longer be free..
(stepping off my soap-box)

And all the features "you don't care about" are the things I care about.
Because if I can make a good game with the features GS currently has but can't maximize it to full potential for profit and porting so having joints isn't going to help me.
That's the way I see it
I just believe, like Google and Apple, it's not only about what is in the device when you get it, but how you can fit it to Your needs.
What is Not important to Me, might be Pinnacle to you, but that burden should not be on GameSalad's shoulders to decide what to incorporate.. so offer those features separate.
I actually don't agree with any 1 time labors for a few bucks, that wouldn't make sense, but a Buffet of Capabilities and Service Subscriptions could only be good..

Also my goals are just as important then anyone else's as it, helps people make decisions based on a majority of the same idea.
Maybe I am not understanding what your trying to express
however maybe it would be beneficial for GS to release the features individually as they are ready, instead of all together.
From a business standpoint, I see that as an advantage. I (as a 'customer') might not be able to justify the cost of going Pro for the 2 features I would want to use, but I would probably justify paying like 80 bucks each for those two features. It's the same reason Mercedes makes City Busses and Garbage Trucks.. it makes Money when not everyone needs an SKL.
Is there any viable way we can make GS coin operated ?

Then people like me would make them invisible and rig the system. And maybe take a vacation which happens to be a day before the door knocking.
Or start a business that sells fake coins at half the price of it's original coin. So now I think about It I vote for the coin operated GS and any wanting 50% cheaper coins PM me ( don't ban me for advertising)
Of course sir, what colour were you thinking of ?
Colour ? No colour, just plain.
Sorry ?
Just leave it plain, I don't need it painting.
But . . . .
And also I won't be needing the passenger side door, not since my wife left me for that guy at the gym, just the driver side door thanks, and what's the deal with the rear seats, if I'm paying extra for them they can go too.

A voting system is bad in the reason that the forums allows 13 yrs + and I think it should be the same as rest of the world 18+ because they won't fully understand and if their choice doesn't make it means they might start complaining again. It's just going in a complete circle.

I like your products, but I'm asking that you make your product more modular to purchaes separately. Windows, I don't need IE 9/10, your windows store in 8, and a handful of other features that are tightly integrated into your framework to make it what it is today, but i don't see the need for.
I'd love for you to let me pay for these as i need them. Which means i should now pay only a few dollars for your operating system.
Sorry that you poored all that money and time into those other modules.
Sincerely
Sarcastic Buyer
Most people don't want all of the features, so will only pay for what they need. GameSalad can't continue development with such a drastic decrease of money.
So here's the bottom line- although it does make sense for people to buy only the features they need, it's not currently something feasible for GameSalad to continue being supported, as people will pay a lot less than $300, on just the one or two features they want.
@Tinpot VERY BAD analogy- the features from GS Pro are all standalone features; they don't rely on each other to work...

Integrated framework is not what I am discussing. I am discussing export Features.
Actually IE can be removed from Windows under Windows own menus..
But people purchase Office because they want/need it.
