What you need to publish?

What I basically want is a simple list of what I need to publish to apple.

    A developers license the latest version of Xcode and be using lion. The rest is outlined in the cookbook.

    Does the cookbook go in and delete and update obsolete data. As apple changes rules a setting and requirments. Does the cookbook get revised?

    I couldn't say as I don't use the cookbook unlike many, I actually read the iTunes connect developer guide and the Xcode developer info to get my information. This is why I and others like me on the forums can answer the questions and know what to do, we actually took the time to prepare and be informed by reading the documents. Setting up Apple Developer certs is not Gamesalad specific it's the same for all Developers and is an Apple procedure being installed on an Apple created OS and device so doesn't it make sense to rely on them and not GS. iTunes is an Apple program doesn't it make sense to rely on them for the info? The only thing gamesalad is responsible for is to how to integrate those services with their system, yet people don't get that. All the info one could want is there at the Appropriate source, one just has to take the time to read it.
