How much is too many spawns?

Hey guys,
I am working on a project that contains roughly 50 to 60 spawns in the whole game. 11 of them is one actor. I was wondering how much is too much spawns before the game starts noticeably slowing down?

I have one actor (eg. Actor 1) randomly spawning 1 of 11 different actors. Then I have that 1 of 11 actors re-spawn Actor 1.

If you are killing them off a few seconds after they have been spawned (like bullets from a gun) you can spawn as many as you like. (I've tried a few hundred thousand in a test and the speed never dropped below 60fps).
But on the other-hand if you are spawning 1024 x 1024 images with hundreds of constrains and attributes you might not do so well.
