First are you on a Mac and do you have a developer account with Apple?

On a mac, normally it opens creator, then starts downloading. When finished it asks which certificate you want to sign with.

Then you can't publish an IOS app. apple requires a Mac running Xcode and a Developer Account that cost $99 to acquire the proper certificates to publish and install apps on a Apple device.

caio..... You NEED a Mac and a Apple Dev account for starters. Get this accomplished and people will be glad to help you further along. Its a headache I know. But thats part of the game.

does it will work with a hackintoch?

For Apple you need a Mac this is an Apple requirement not GS. If you go Pro you can publish to Android and windows 8. You should have looked at the software information which is spelled out on the GS site what you need and what is offered.

I have no clue and I know apple doesn't guarantee Xcode will work on it. Maybe someone on the forums has but I own macs so I have no need for such info but you still need to get an account with Apple even with a hackintosh.

install a mac system in a windows computer or in virtualbox

We can't suggest utilizing a hackintosh. There are services (once you acquire a Mac dev account) that may work for you, such as Macincloud.
    With Macincloud i can publish?

Hey shooter... what is a macincloud? reason I ask is because I do all my art on a PC and of game development on my mac. And Im back and forth. Im using a KVM switch which isnt bad. And I use Dropbox for file sharing. But what exactly is Macincloud?

I am totally lost about the publishing, i have good games, good ideas, but i don't know what to do... Was thinking in create a kickstarter project to raise funds but the publishing process is very complex...

Welcome to the world of game publishing sounds like you need to do a bit more of watching videos and studying. Keep working it will come just not overnight.

One of the big hurdles you will have to overcome (if there are issues in the future), is that if you are using a hackintosh and need support from on the Apple OSX, iOS, Xcode front, you will get ZERO support from Apple. Just something you should consider.

Think about getting a Mac mini or an older intel Mac (Core Duo or higher), for your iOS/Mac distribution needs.
