Need Direct Customer Support please...

I've posted to the forum yesterday, filed two bug reports - left a message and emailed. I'm in need of some Gendai assistance please.

All projects compiled after 3/29 crash on device - I am completely shut down.
This is more for the Gendai crew than for the general forums - If I had another way to get help I'd use it. :)
